Microphone not recording and capture screen in half?

I actually have 2 problems with Action! I'm running the tryout version 1.15.1.0 and my microphone doesn't pick up. It works fine, I try it in sky, teamspeak and other recording devices but when I get to Action! it doesn't work no matter what I do. I tried press down to talk, always one, record as a separate track (then tried the 'A' button to switch track) and nothing works.

The other is when I'm running iRacing in windowed mode, it captures it fine though Action! separate the screen in two: left side is the gameplay capture and the other half is a black screen showing Action's HUD (even if it shouldn't show it). When I run iRacing on fullscreen there is no problem. Oh, I use the Game and Applications mode when it does that.

please help, this seem like an awesome product but I don't want to ditch 50$ because those issues are pretty deal breaking for me.

Have you tried disabling multi-channel? Also, make sure record system sounds is checked.

nobody? here is a screen shot of the windowed video capture.. This is a wonderful program but the 2 issues are big turn off for me

the resolution is like twice what it is supposed to be, as if it is trying to record 2 screens? And again, no matter what I try, it doesn't pick up my mic

yes I did, tried on the same track and different track then press A to change track in the vid and nothing. This is really, really getting frustrating.. no staff can chime on any of my problems, after a week?

I always use acethinker screen grabber online to capture my multiple screen, It's a free web-based application, no need to download or install anything, hope it helps you.
