Action! records mp4 instead avi since update

Hello Mirillis Team,
I have a really stupid probem...
My Action! is recording with mp4 instead of avi.
In my settings I´ve set these things: (Screenshots from puush, please look on them)

But since the update is out my Action records with mp4 instead of avi as you can see here:

Please, I want to fix that problem.
By the way sorry for my bad english. (I´m german).
But you guys have to help me!

You have to look at the screenshots for sure to see my problem!

Untick the Livestreaming Enable button.
