Skype and Gameplay

I am trying to record gameplay and skype call audio with Action I am using my head set to talk and normally with out skype this works fine you can hear me. Now when I skype you can hear me but you can not hear the people I am talking to. I tried putting the system sounds settings to different and it wont work please help.
