why wont "Action!" come up?

ive tried clicking on my icon for Action! multiple times clicking on the yes button when it asked me is it ok to run this app, but every single time nothing happens. the HUD is always there but i cant bring up anything else. Hoe do i fix this?

Please check if Action! is not on system trial.

If the HUD is up that means Action! is running but the window is somehow hidden. If you press Alt + Tab, are you able to select Action! from opened apps?

i got it up some how. i dont know how though. thanks for the help though.
