[Problem] Steam's Game Overlay Issue with Action! Open

Hi,

I'm having this problem:
When I open Action! the Steam game overlay stops working. I mean, I can play, record, everything, but I cannot go to the steam overlay menu by pressing Alt+Shift.

Is there any way to have Steam's Game Overlay and Action! working at the same time?

I must recheck, but it seems working like this for me:
-Start the game
-Alt+Tab, go and Open Action!
-Alt+Tab and switch back to game

If I restart the game with Action!already opened or Start Action! before opening any steam game, the Steam's GameOverlayUI won't work.
