Big audio desync problem

Hi, first of all i want to say that i love this program, it is so much better in almost every way than any other i've been using, but i've got one and very serious problem - and it's big audio desync.
Everything works great, but after i am done with video recording (video in Action! and audio in Audacity) i always get them together in windows movie maker. But every video i make in Action! is desyncet with the audio (3-5 seconds) which is really bad !
No matter what i do. The games works great when recording, no lags, the performance is so much better with Action! than with other programs, yet i am having these weird desync issues. It cannot be because of audacity, because i was using Audacity all the time even before using Action! and i didn't have desync issues before. So it must be something with Action!
As i said, i love this program, but i won't be able to use it if this keeps doing, because now i need to manually try to split the audio file in windows movie maker (cut in different places) to at least somehow fix the desync, but it takes a lot of time and sadly i don't have that much time to do this with every video i make.
Can someone please help me?
I am recording with 30 FPS, AVI, original video size, i record only ssytem sounds not microphone, video quality normal, input range 0-255.
I have Intel core i5 dual core, 4 GB ram, win 7 64 bit.
Thanks a lot for every answer.
