After recording preview "stutters"

Hey guys, I am having an issue with my recordings. After I have recorded, I try to preview the quality of the recording and the video begins to "stutter". None of the stuttering happened as I played the game, so I can only imagine that it just might be Action! here are the Action! settings:
Recording mode: Games and applications
File format: AVI
Video size: tested it at 1080,720, and 480
Video framerate: 60
Duration: 2h
Record system sounds is checked
Allow multi-channel audio recording is checked
Microphone is at "Do not record"
Does anyone have this same problem? Can anyone help?

Does it stutter in Action! player or external player?

Hey Radi,
It stutters in both. Now I just bought a game I've been wanting to cover and it does not stutter, but it is desync'd (I think this might be my fault). However the game I recorded before was stuttering. I have messed with the settings and have messed with laptop settings as well(to make the desktop less demanding ).

Yes, I am having a similar issue. During the recording, everything is working fine, game is running at 60 FPS, nothing appears to be wrong. Then in post I see that the video has so many frames that it shortened the video length significantly. In the most drastic case a 12 minute video became about 9 minutes and 30 seconds.
As far as I can tell problems like this can be solved by getting an external hard drive, but I can't afford one right now and this problem didn't occur until I downloaded the newest version (1.15.2.0)

Is it possible that could provide a video sample file of this issue? I will send it to our support team.

Hey Radi,
So I have been testing it lately and found that no matter the settings in Action! Or other "outside influences" examples being: listening to music or maybe just recording commentary, if a video reaches 30 min or higher it begins to "stutter". To be honest, the best way to describe the problem is to have someone watch a video while you pause it repeatedly. Anything passed 30 minutes, say one hour, and the problem gets worse. At 30 minutes is only a bit here and there, but if you go past that, such as for me, the game I am playing has a ton of dialogue. So by the time you hit actual gameplay, you have already hit an hour. I could always just end it at 20 minutes, however I would like to make longer videos.
I do have a question, once I have finished video and audio editing, I use a converter to give the entire video 1080p. Is it possible it can get choppy from using the converter with a Action! video?
