Can't for my life remove action [BUG]

Fri Aug 16, 2013 2:47 am

i've trying to fix this problem I have been having and is really stressful because it seems that this should be easy to fix. I first installed action perfectly the first try and everything was fine and recordings were nice and smooth and wonderful quality but after I was looking around some settings i think and suddenly nothing would record ingame. After trying to discover the problem I found out it was the hotkeys that got messed up. When i first startup action i can enable/disable the hotkeys except for the top 4 key (the main ones) (Everytime i startup action it starts with every hotkey off even the top 4) . Then after some time the hotkeys just stop responding in the disabled position. I've tried reinstalling action multiple times (normally, using CCleaner for registry after, using a brute force uninstaller, deleting the 2 mirillis folders in appdata under local and roaming, and I've deleted the folder common files). Even after ALL that when I reinstalled, it still remembered where to put the recordings, microphone set to pressed, and all the hotkeys are still disabled  . I'm at a complete lost here in I'm really losing faith in this program.

The settings are saved in registry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Mirillis\Action

If you guys find a solution can you post it here? Sadly that was also a very temporary fix for me too. :/

Action! 1.15.1 doesn't have this issue, so for the time being you can downgrade it, if you don't care about the live stream fixes.
