I saw on youtube someone was using 1.9 but on 1.9 I heard that when you open it, it crashes all flash player related stuff like youtube. Des the same thing happen on the version on the website I think it's 1.15.2.0?

Action! is one of oldest versions. If someone is using it now it's probably cracked crap. Only legal versions offers great performance and stability.
