Mirillis Action! recording Problem [HotKeys] Help!

Hey all,
I've recently got Mirillis Action to record BF3 on PC, however i've recently realized that all the top Hotkeys, including F9 are disabled and i cannot enable them techniquely the software is useless at the moment


I've tried to look for answeres and only thing i came across was to delete the HOTKEY files in Regedit, however after one recording the HotKeys would become disabled again.

Please help!
