Action instantly crashes?

Hi! Love your recording software, I don't drop any fps while recording with my minecraft game but I've found a problem outside of the the game...

When launching Action, it opens up the title screen as normal and right as it is loading the normal screen with all the option and on the left side where it has all my videos, and in the bottom right of my whole desktop it says "Update Availible!" and then it instantly freezes and my windows 7 computer alerts me...
