What can I render my video in to get full quality?

No matter what, I can't render my video so that it will come out as good or even close as it did in the Action! player. Can someone help me with the perfect render setting so that my videos will always come out in a clean, crisp, 1080p quality? FYI: I use Sony Vegas 11.

Thanks for the link! It helped a lot, but it takes a hour to render (which I don't mind that much), but it take WAY to long to upload. A 10 minute video takes half an hour to upload, but takes an unknown to processes (which adds to the upload) because it's been uploading for about an hour and it's still processing and I see no end in sight.

Never mind. The video just uploaded and it looks even worse. It looked perfect in Windows Media Player. It's in the .wmv format because it can't render in mp4, for some reason.

Well, I'm not an expert in video editing but it takes many tries to find the best settings that suits your needs. There's a different tutorial with rendering settings here on our forums: http://forum.mirillis.com/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=26464

For some reason, I can't render any of my Action! videos in .mp4. I feel as though if I could, it would solve this problem.
