MP4 Issues Whilst Recording?

Hey Mirillis, With This Issue I cant really explain it, So I've decided to record an example and give you the link. Hopefully you can see what My issues are and give me some idea on the fix? This is really bugging me seeming as I have a far above average PC And I cannot record with MP4. Also I am using normal MP4 recording at 720p as I do not have an Intel Computer.

I get this too, but with Intel Quick Sync and a very small amount.
This happens if i recording with QVS 1080p 60fps, with QVS 1080p 50fps recording generally good. But... with QVS 1080p 50fps randomly get video freezes, mostly on cutscenes.
TO Mirillis team, BIG thanks to allow recording separate game/mic soundtracks for MP4!

I do not have intel, That's why I am using normal mp4 recording instead of the intel quick sync. I use an AMD Athlon, Not the best but it does the job.
