recording game problem

Is there an issue with older games? I tried to record the original edition of baldurs gate and I cant f9 doesnt do anything for that game.
Baldurs gate is part of those old 256 colors depth game, that runs either DX6 or 7.
Action! only supports DX9 and up, so it won't work in fullscreen. But if you can get the game run in windowed mode, then you can as workaround!
Think you only have to untick "Full screen" in Graphics, then use region mode in Action! to record.
