Action! is causing performance problems

Hello.
recently i have noticed that Action! is causing a big performance problem in games.
when i play a game and Action! is not running the game runs fine.
when i play the game when Action! is running (just running in the background,not recording) i can see a very big performance drop.
the big problem is FPS droping from 60 to 27-38.
i have Action! 1.15.2 and the latest drivers installed.

the problem has occured only on version 1.15.2.
