LOW VS NORMAL VS HIGH Quality Video

I like this recording apps.. it's nice and have a tons of feature.. but! i wnat to have good fps (atleast 30 fps+) but in my dual core cpu.. here
My System Rig
- Amd Phenom ll X2 550 3.1 Ghz
- Kingston Value Ram 6GB DDR3 1333Mhz
- WDC 320GB 8MB Cache (Windows, Data)
- Seagate 500GB 16MB Cache (Recording Place)
- Nvidia GTX 650Ti 1024MB DDR 5 128-Bit
- BenQ G925HDA 720P
- ASRock 770DE3L AM3 DDR 2 140W TDP
- Xigmatek LOKI SD963 140W TDP

Operating System:
- Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium x64 (For Best Performance)

i ussualy record game like BF3, MOH:W, MOH, COD MW1-2-3, COD BO1-2, Burnout Paradise, Shift 2, Shift, Crysis 2

and yeah in bf3 low seting without recording i got 60 fps.. but when i start the reocrding my fps id dropping to 20-30 FPS.. maybe anyone know how to reduce pc LOAD but not sacrifice too much quality.. i recording at 1080P with 5.1 Surround
and any people know what difrrent quality in LOW VS NORMAL VS HIGH QUALITY..
