Issue with audio on game mode DX9

hi everybody, I write to you, becouse, I have a big issue with gameplay recordings, i can't record audio on gameplays on DX9, on DX11 the record perfectly, i tried a lot of option but i can't get the answers, if anyone has been this problem, how you got fix it?

and for example on Rfactor or Race ON, video record fine but not audio, whatever in F1 2012 all record perfectly
