Webcam not working! Logitech C920!

Hi there.

I have purchased the full version of "Action!" and until now I haven't had any issues.
How ever, I have recently purchased a new webcam, the Logitech C920 model to be exact and am having some issues getting this to work with "Action!".

The webcam works perfectly well with other applications like Skype and the default software that the webcam uses but within "Action!" the webcam is detected but does not display in the preview nor does it display when I am recording my screen.

I have reinstalled the software and have followed the tutorials on how to set up the webcam but this hasn't worked, furthermore I have checked other settings like HUD, ensuring that these are not hidden.

Please could I get some help on this matter, so far I haven't had much luck.

Check if you have Perfect Video Match mode enabled. If yes, please disable it.
Check if you have selected Record Mouse Cursor, it's required to show the webcam properly.

I did the checks that you recommended. And even with the correct settings the problem persists ... i send u by email images that show de "cam image error"

I don“t have other webcam to test, but i did several tests and also like reinstall webcam software/drivers and reinstall Action.

I performed tests in other applications such as the "Open Broadcast Software", "skype" and own standard Logitech program, and the camera works without problems.

I saw that there are other people with the same problem here in the support forum, where the error also occurs only in Action

the problem only occurs with Action.

Any idea to hel us?

Unfortunately I don't have any similar webcam myself. You will have to wait for the support team response.

Have you tried turning off any other applications, (eg. Skype). That may be using the camera? The camera can only be running on a single application at any one time. If it is, you will get the problem you are receiving. This is not a c920 error as I use the same webcam, and I have no problem. :)

I have this very webcam is it works flawlessly for me. Maybe its the USB Port?

I have the same problem! Only webcam Logitech C250. At first, everything worked perfectly. Two gameplay recorded with a webcam and all - Window webcam ceased displayed. Vchem problem?
