If your hard drive fails or you update your OS. will there be a problem registering Action again?

No, you can install it again and activate with the same serial number.

Is there a way to recover my serial number? I accidentally deleted the e-mail and have recently had to rebuild my pc with a new hard drive and can't activate my Action.
