Mirillis Action not recording any video?

Title says it all. The only thing I really need to add is the fact that the sound and screenshots work just fine. I'm running windows 7, Intel HD Graphics 3000, Intel i5- 2430m. When I press the record button the 00:00 turns red but won't count upwards. And I can't turn it off. I have a fully registered version of Action! btw.
