I've been using Action! for 5-6 weeks and haven't had any issues until today. The problem that I'm having when recording using the game mode is... it records the sound when I speak into the mic, but the audio does not play in the Action! player or in PowerDirector 11 that I use for editing. The strange part is that when I open the file in Windows Media Player, the sound works perfectly.

I have tried changing every setting to see what might be causing this issue, but nothing works. After almost 5 hours of trying to figure this out, I'm reaching out for help.

Hopefully this is an easy fix and someone will provide the solution here.

If you are using "Record microphone into separate audio track" you will hear only one audio track at the same time. To switch between active audio track in Action! player press "A".

I did have the "Record microphone into separate audio track" checked, but I had thought that I also tried unchecking and still no audio. However, recording with that unchecked worked.
