Can No Longer Record in .avi ??

Hi, I've been using Mirillis Action! for a month or so now to do 1080p / 60 FPS / .avi recordings of my screen, and it's worked extremely well--I've been super happy with it and think it's the best screen capturing program around. However, starting yesterday Action! for whatever reason is only outputting files in .mp4 / 30 FPS format, even though it's listed as .avi for my file format and 60 for my video framerate. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, which didn't help. I then tried the latest version, but that didn't change anything either.
Take a look at the screenshot below to see my settings. I have a recording going in the screenshot, and you can clearly see it's saving it as a .mp4 file. Any idea what's happening?
