Why wont Action record?

I had used your trial awhile back, ran out. I just bought 3 licenses today, and got the program but for some reason where i set the hotkeys for buttons it shows the record video audio benchmark and screenshots. I can set the hotkeys but the boxes are unchecked and i can not check them.. someone help
