Mirillis action Mic recording problem

I have a problem with my microphone recording when I use it to record on my video section. it bugs out a LOT, it skips and it will stop my voice anywhere from 1 second to 5 seconds in while talking. Someone please let me know if there's a solution. Heres some screenshots
