Questions or Ideas?

one thing that always have made me think is why is there no 40 fps recording option ? it made me wonder so meany times. 
Also an idea for later updates what about a "true FPS" recording option? "true FPS" as in records with the fps you play in like i have a 144Hz screen and with v-sync i can play in 144FPS in a game so what about a option or something that lets you record with mximum recording speed (and i mean more than 60 FPS) so you can make "better" more smooth slow-mo game recording when editing video content?
