Problem to record games

Hi, my name is Guilherme
I have bought Mirillis Action today few minutes ago and I CAN'T record any games.
I selected the joystick, I see the key to start record(F9) but i cant record!
I open the game I can see the HUD on the top of my screen but when I press f9, nothing happen.
I tried with Payday 2 and Outlast.
Please help me.
