FPS Down when I put to record

Some days before I've used the Action! 1.12.1 in battlefield 3 and battlefield 4 for test the program. I recorded games without problems, but today I bought the Action! with version 1.16.3 and now with same configurations of 1.12.1 when I put to record the vídeo my FPS down for 8 ~ 15 and stay. In Battlefield 3 and Battlefield 4 Same problem.
My configuration:
Asus p8h61-m
HardDisk 2 TB
Graphic card GTX 650 DDR5 1GB 128bits
8GB RAM
intel i5 3570
Windows 8 PRO

Does the same situation happens when you lower your video recording settings? To 480p for example.

Yes, I've tried change the configurations for 480p but the problem persist. When I used the version 1.12.1 (I've download this version for testing the software) with configuration : 720p 30FPS the software worked normally ( in Battlefield 3 and 4 ), so I bought the oficial program and downloaded the version 1.16.3 but now when I put to record my fps in bf4 down for 8 ~ 15. I know the game it's not released yet, but in 1.12.1 it works.
PS: Graphics in battlefield 4 BETA are in LOW
