Hi, last week i was recording desktop, and i suddenly i got and error, since that happened i can't record desktop, when i select desktop option i don't see the fps and when i click on the red button it keeps saying 00:00 and does not record anything.

Have you tried re-installing Action! with registry cleaning?

I'll do it right now

It didn't work, i still have the same problem.

I contacted them, they told me to do uninstall action! completly, they told me the instructions, i did it and nothing worked, and today i tried to click on record windows aero and entered in a game and this message appeared.

Any suggestion?

If the errors are still appearing there must be something with your system environment. Probably our support team provided you instructions for complete Action! re-installation. After that your Action! is reset to default. If it's not working, it's probably your system fault.

Hello, just to let you know that i fixed the problem, i was doing everything your team told me but the simple solution was to change compatibility mode to Windows 8 in the properties of action!

something so simple gave me a headache more than a month
