Action! Exporting Issue

Hi

I recently purchased Action! and have been using it for a few weeks, it is brilliant. However, After downloading windows 8.1, it stopped exporting my videos. I am not sure if this is something I have done, something the update has done, or just a bug.

Basically, I can record, but when I click "Export selected file" it opens the exporter, then stops at 0%. The expected time still moves up and down, between 15 minutes and 11 hours. But it converts nothing. I left it for 4 hours earlier, and still 0% when I got back.

Please please can someone suggest a fix, or help in any way, as I really want to get recording again. This is by far the best recording software I have used!

Do you use Hardware Acceleration for your video exporting?

No, just Action!'s internal exporting button. It turns the AVI into an MP4
