Intel Quick Sync Non-compatiable w/ 120Hz Monitors?

Hi there,

I am not sure if it's just me but whenever I enable Intel Quick Sync it automatically switches my monitor's refresh rate from 120Hz back to 60Hz on the Nvidia control panel. Whenever I try and switch it back to 120Hz it automatically changes resolution setting from "extend these displays" to "show on only 1 desktop". This issue here is that the "extend these displays" option needs to be enabled in order to take advantage of the Intel Quick Sync feature, but it does not seem to be compatible with the 120Hz refresh rate. Do I have to sacrifice my refresh rate in order to use this feature? I would appreciate any help on this. Thanks.

Monitor: BenQ 2420T
Version of action!: 1.16.3.0
Nvidia driver: 331.65

Probably yes, but try asking tech folks directly (support@mirillis.com).

You should try see if LucidLogix VirtuMVP is supported by your motherboard... if so, you can enable QuickSync without doing the montior trick.
