I am a big supporter of Action! screencapture software and use it only a daily basis. however recently after starting a new project i have been running into some issue that i cant seem to fix and would like some help.

I've run dxtory and fraps, while launching a game called hexxit available from this minecraft basic mod pack launcher http://www.technicpack.net/download with no troubles.

When i use Action! to try and record the gameplay footage it instantly crashes the game if its open and it wont allow the game to play if i try to relaunch.

I would love to continue supporting mirillis software and use your programs but if it cannot interact with games i play, it is simply not an option.

I have some to the support forums to look for a resolve this problem, can you help?

I've encountered this issue also. Not yet had a response about it though. I think it may be to do with something of the Java SE being unable to coincide with the Action! overlay. However, I'm not sure of which the fault is with. Hopefully fingers crossed it'll be fixed soon, Until then though the majority of Java applications will be unavailable for recording :'(

Have you tried using Active Desktop Region and running your game in windowed mode?

i have not. the reason is because as i mentioned its crashes the game when action is running. during launch, or ever if the game is already running, and I start action.

I dont think the javaSe file would b to blame as other mod pack launchers do not suffer same problems.

I'd just like to say it's the same for me apart from I cannot play with ftb modpacks, technic modpacks, even vanilla minecraft. I'm sure it's not Java SE because I can use both fraps and dxtory to record. It's just overall Action! Is far better than those so I want to use this. Just need it fixing.
