Problem Syncing audio

Hello, I dont know what is happening but everytime I record Battlefield 4 or Call of Duty Ghosts with Action my Audio no sync with the video.
Do you guys have any way to fix it?

Known issue with Action, but I thought that this happens only in Battlefield....

It's a shame that it has been for some time now and not any word from mirillis "yep, we're working on a fix", "fix will be in 1 week/month".
I even sent mail to
support@mirillis.com and no answer
