Bad FPS when Recording but normal FPS in the Video?!

Heyho Guys,
Im German so please dont hate me only cause my English is bad
My Problem is that im Recording Games with Frames like 25-40. Mostly im under 30 frames so it laggs. But if i look at after recording to the Video i see that there arent any Lags o.o Its constant and looks really smooth without any Lag.
I mean thats not that bad...but if i wish it wouldn't lag by recording cause i play like shit and in the Video it looks normal >.< My friends say "Why you play so bad". I say " Cause it lags". But they dont see any, thats not cool xD
