I have recently purchased this product, and when i record either the window capture or gameplay, i can't chose to upload to YouTube from the program itself, the button is grayed out, i would just like to know if there is a reason, or if i am not doing something correctly.

The button for YouTube or facebook is grayed out if the video is in MP4 format.
