Action! Launch Problem!

Hi,

I just bought yesterday night Action! Mirillis to be able to record things on my computer, but..... the software ALLWAYS crash at launch.
To explain a bit deeper:

I installe the software (everything is good), i open the software for the first time and i'm able to configure everything as i want. Then i decide to close it, because i'm not using it (seems legit ^^) and then the problems happen.... I just can't open the software again....

Tried a second time with registrating a movie (the record worked, have the movie in my folder and can read it) but when i closed the software.... same can't open it again....

- Tried to reinstall it 2 times, allways the same thing. Can open it direct after the installation enter my serial and configuration and then when i close it, impossible to open it again, never ever.
- Checked if i had a virus in my computer (Avast + Spybot + Malwarebytes) nothing at all everything clear.
- My computer has a really good configuration to play all single games at maximum graphics quality + is specially made for 3D and games (Nvidia G.Card: Geforce GTX 680), so i don't think it's a material problem or configuration.
- No message at the crash (except program has crashed ofc)
- Tried to reboot my PC, no changes
- Tried to see for new windows updates, nothing

Just bought it 25 euros and can't use it at all is a bit weard.... i think you can understand it ^^

So please help me solve this problem, didn't find anything to solve it by my self =/
