Action (Lag issue)

Ok guys, so I have been using action to record my gaming stuff for youtube, and when I record everything works perfect, but it will randomly in the game (and I can't tell its happening in game) freeze tbe video, and attempt to catch up with itself, by speeding the video up, but the audio stays the same.

BTW I am using Windows 7, Intel Pentium Pro, AMD Radeon HD 7700 video card.
If you look at my other games it didn't happen prior, just in the recent ones it started doing a lag skip.

Please someone help me fix this
