Action causes game to crash

Hi, action is causing Call of duty Ghosts to crash so obviously can't record any gaming footage.
Will there be an update before the end of this year, or is it to much to expect?

The issue seems to be with Ghosts itself, and not Action!.
Game crashes even with other capture programs. Just to keep fingers crossed that Infinity Ward/Activision patch it.
