Not Working fine with Dolphin and PCSX2 (INVESTIGATING)

Hello.
First I want to say that Action is the best game recorder ever, every game for windows that I record with the trial version looks amazing, but I have problems when I try to record an emulator like dolphin or PCSX2, in both case the fps go down drastically and in the second case the graphics ingame are affected.
In the other hand when I try using the Active desktop mode instead the game option, the graphics looks fine (with a little lose of fps).
My PC specs:
Asus M4A78-EM
AMD Phenom X4 955
Nvidia GeForce GTX 260
8gb Ram
Windows 7 Ultimate x64
