Sound record button [PTT]

I want to use a sound button for PTT (microphone), but I was the button to be Middle Mouse Button, it doesn't allow me to. How can I make it work? I really need this.

Some mouse buttons are available to set as push-to-talk buttons. Unfortunately first three ones (left, right and middle) are not available due technical issues.

Currently there is no plans to support these buttons as hotkeys.
