Ok so a while ago I cleaned my PC and lost my serial key, your instant response is contact directly via sales@mirillis.com.
Well I have, twice and that was a month ago with not even a reply, so if someone can please tell me any other way of getting it back. Thank you.

Sorry, but I'm pretty sure that unless you bought Action! with the serial key backup it's not possible to retrieve it. Other than that most of the Mirillis team were off for the Christmas period so try sending them another email.
