PC Specification: windows 7 ultimate

Action will not open

I purchased mirillis action and it was working fine but now it won’t open. It starts to open but then it just stays in that action box version 1.17.0 and it will not open

Normally, it would open in a few seconds

I already uninstalled and reinstalled twice

Please let me know how to fix this

I have windows 7 ultimate

Try:
- Update videocard drivers and directx (9).
- Disable antivirus
- Uninstall using ccleaner, after this, clear registry on Ccleaner too, reboot and reinstall

I updated the directx and used ccleaner as well to uninstall

I rebooted the computer and installed but it won't work

same result, it starts to open and then hangs in the same position
