Action Crashes When trying to Record.

Before the update, I had very little problem with Action, however, with the 1.17.1.0 verison, I can't record Video at all!
Audio recording works, Snapshot works, but when I press "Record" or "F9", Action Freezes up and crashes right then and there.

What I have Done:
Updated my Video Card Graphics
Uninstalled and Reinstalled Action using the download via the Mirillis Site
Scanned for viruses, Cleaned up my hard Drive and Rebooted my computer


Any help would be lovely!
