Can you explain more the difference between the new Active screen recording mode and the old desktop recording mode? What are the advantages/differences? Thanks

how does AMD APP work ?

does it use the ATI GPU to encode video while im playing ?

Trying to record A Metal Gear Rising Revengeance Gameplay, but when I export the file on Vegas, I can hear audio only in the cutscenes. Not sounds during gameplay... Why?

Very buggy release in my opinion. I have had more crashes since installing this version than I have had in the entire two months of using the previous version.

Hitting Video Capture in game locks my system up periodically/randomly, and also sometimes does not record. Don't see the HUD go to red/30fps, and when I look at the action screen, it is a white background, incomplete video....basically doesn't fully start.

Before the comment is made "what is your machine specs", I'll toss out I have 400+ video's on youtube with ACTION! as the recorder....from the previous version 1.16.3.0. So, its not on my end, its on the new release.

I love the product, love what it can do (although can't get Quick Synch to work..and think its because I'm running SLI mode), but something is glitchy in the new release.

I just rolled back to the previous version, and will wait to test the new version again once I see/hear about patches being made.

I hope its better ! I got a corrupted Recording wirh 1.17.2 because my game crashed ! Never happended with 1.16 ..

When starting Recording and the Sound level in Mirillis for the Microphone is different than in Windows it will set it at that volume that is in action (Bug) even when not recording the microphone ! apart from that

Hello After recording a video it reproduces in 1.5 - 2 times faster than the normal speed. What's the problem?

Hi, after new version is installed in Steam, my in-game video record has audio issue. My audio recording becomes choppy / crackling. It has not happened to me before until very recently. My recording was working perfectly. Sample as follows. It has become really bad. Thanks for looking into it.

Game Problem: Marvel Heroes 2015, Skullgirls, Prison Architect ... I have tried multiple games and still having same issue.
