Stuttering/Freezing

I've had amazing results with Action! for the past year, but have now recently been getting awful stuttering when recording. About every 10-15 seconds my game will freeze for about a split second and resume playing at perfect frames. I would like to know if anybody else is having this problem and if there is a fix for it. Thank you.

I have the same problems ... 1.17.1
Only with quicksync though

Did you recently installed any new drivers or windows updates?

Not that I'm aware of.
