Download Link to Pre 1.7.x version

Hey,
I'm having nothing but problems with 1.7.1, 2 and 3 under Windows 8.1. Freezes when stopping a stream, sometimes it keeps blinking after opening and it requires a restart of the PC to even work, keeps freezing the mouse / keyboard every 3-5 second etc. it's practically unusable.
So I figured, the 1.6.x branch worked perfectly, anyone have a download for the last version of that branch?
