Action is Not Recording in (GameMode)

I'll go ahead and add to this post, as well.

When trying to record World of Warcraft in DX9, Action game capture is working just fine. However, when I change World of Warcraft to use DX11, Action refuses to record the game. I typically use Windowed (Fullscreen), but regardless of display mode, I cannot seem to record WoW in DX11 through Action's game recording mode.

Active desktop capture works fine, though.

An update to my reply above...

After reinstalling 17.3 and 17.4 back and forth on top of each other a few times in order for me to get a better picture for what was happening to maybe provide better feedback, 17.4 began miraculously "recognizing" WoW when playing with DX11 and using game recording mode -- The Action HUD appeared and began showing that the game was running DX11. However, the moment I pressed record on Action, both the game and the program crashed. Action gave the following crash report:

I'm not sure if that's helpful, but ever since the crash happened, I've been able to flawlessly launch Action v17.4 (when Aero is enabled w/o an apu2enc.dll crash) and record WoW in DX11 using any capture mode. I fear what might happen when I need to restart my machine.

I'm using version 1.17.4 on Windows 7 and I have the same issue. With the previous version everything was fine and after upgrading to this one I can't use game mode.
