When I record it says I need to put on windows aero to record but the thing is Windows Aero always lags my computer so my recording is not as good. Is there going to be any change in that?

If you're attempting to capture the active desktop or a specified region, then no, there is no way around that. Only game capture mode works when Aero is disabled.
