Exporting Issues

When I export a video using Action! a little window will appear showing how much is done and how much time is left. However, at any random time while exporting, the percentage bar showing how much is done will freeze on a number and not change. Meanwhile the "Time Left" notification will continue to rise by the same interval indefinitely. I would appreciate some help.

PS I use an ASUS desktop that is still relatively new.
