how do i get action back?

i bought mirillis action about 2 months ago and i had to factory settings my pc yesterday due to a virus i got but yeah im trying to get action back but all i can get is the trial now.please help im pretty pissed cause i basically bought it then i cant get it back but yeah if you know how to get it back please tell me

I've done that as well. I had an email with my key in it. Just use the same key in the trial version and it will unlock it to the version that you purchased. Without that key, I don't know how to help you, sorry.
