After enabling Intel QuickSync Adobe software doesn't work

Hi, yesterday I've enabled Intel QuickSync using tutorial down below. It works, but I encountered a problem: Adobe software doesn't work. If I disable Intel Graphics in BIOS, then Premiere and After Effects works. What could be causing this?

CPU: I5 4570
GPU: Radeon 7950
OS: W8.1 Pro
P.S. I have newest Intel HD 4600 drivers.
